What is the Sound Lounge Experience?
The Sound Lounge is a guided relaxation experience using vibroacoustic sound therapy (VAT).
While resting comfortably, you’ll listen to calming sound frequencies that can also be gently felt throughout the body, creating a deeply immersive and restorative experience.
Many participants describe feeling calmer, lighter, and more mentally clear afterward.

Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) is a wellness practice that uses low-frequency sound vibrations and calming music to help the body relax, reduce stress, and support nervous system regulation by allowing you to physically feel sound through a specialized bed or chair.
